I called Chris the owner on Monday, Augasking about a water proof stereo for my 2012 Harley. I purchased 2 remote starts in the last 2 months, 1 for my car and 1 for my daughter's car and each time was amazing. I can't say enough about Chris and his crew. Owner was rude, dismissive, and accusatory. This was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I wouldn't bring a car to Sound Decisions to have it vacuumed.
